The warehouse is entirely self contained and secured only for client access and private but the main building is clearly visible from the M9.

Short or long term storage is available within the principle warehouse building at Pardovan Works. This is a modern detached warehouse with a storage area in excess of 27,000 sq ft (over 2,500 sq m).

The warehouse is of portal frame construction with brick infill to dado level and profited metal cladding to eaves and also on the pitched roof. It benefits from a minimum eaves height of 5.2m and electrically operated roller shutter doors to the front and rear elevation which both open out onto a surface yard area.

There is a single storey office accomodation found to the front elevation which has been partitioned in a cellular format by the current occupier to provide for several designated office areas, male and female toilets and canteen facilities.

Other smaller workshops and warehouse units within the Pardovan works complex are all self contained and let to individual tennants.

There is management on site during normal working hours and the development is secured at other times.
